directly from us that is not to your satisfaction, provided it is returned within 14 days from the date your order was received. 
All returns must be unused, in the original packaging, from a smoke-free environment and have all applicable tags attached.

USA                  - Free shipping on all retail orders within the US
International   - $15 will be charged for shipping on orders less than 2 lbs

Exchanges
USA                  - Free shipping both ways for all retail orders. Please request a Pre-Paid Shipping Label by clicking the icon below.
International   - Please mail the item you wish to exchange to us at the address below using your choice of carrier.
                         - Shipping cost for the exchange is only $10.
                         - Please enclose a note to show what you would like in exchange.

- we will deduct $6 from your refund to cover return shipping costs.
